The Feathers Group acquired this property which is located directly off the M6 and within easy reach of the UK's newest city, Preston. After purchasing the Leyland Hotel, the group embarked on a refurbishment programme to revitalise and reinvigorate which was a slightly dated property.

 

We were asked to develop and deliver design proposals for the entire ground floor public area including a new reception, lounge, bar, restaurant and conferencing & banqueting suite. The use of opulent fabrics, rich colours and feature lighting adds depth and drama to the property and as a result the use of public areas has increased by 75% since the new scheme was introduced.
