The design for the entrance area of the Mount St.Mary's residential project fuses quirky detailing with a considered simplicity. Central to the design is the provision of a glazed timber 'pod' for use as a marketing suite and ultimately as a meeting facility for residents. Located in the chancel area of this former church, the interior design works to complement the existing integrity of the building whilst providing a contemporary and impressive entrance space to echo the modernity of the new elements of the scheme.
